Offline Training Tutorial - The offlline
training tutorial has known bugs at this time. Unfortunately there isn't any
implementation to bypass training modules. ATi Video Cards - If you are experiencing
issues with your ATi Video card, please consult our supported
drivers page. Compare the supported driver
version listed to the one that you currently have installed, and if they
differ, please install the driver linked from that page for your card. Please
make sure that you uninstall your previous drivers before installing new
ones. In order to remove your drivers, go to Start>Settings>Control
Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Find the line that refers to ATi Display
drivers and click remove and then reboot. Voice IP - If you are experiencing issues
with voice IP, check our list
of tested routers and how to set them up. Please note that all
information listed here is based on the router being set to its default
factory settings before making these changes. AMD CPU Systems - If you are running
an AMD CPU and are experiencing issues that appear to be CPU related, please
make sure that all chipset drivers related to your motherboard have been
updated. Please consult your manufacturer's website, or www.amd.com, for any
updates that may be available. Registration on Station.com - If you
are experiencing problems with logging in or registering at http://www.station.sony.com, please
keep trying. We expect a large volume of people attempting to register on
release day. Thank you for your patience. Stalled or frozen LaunchPad Status Bar -
If you are experiencing issues with LaunchPad when trying to patch PlanetSide
please be patient. When LaunchPad is Optimizing a very large file it may
appear to freeze or lock up, however it is still working on getting you the
file as fast as possible. Login Server Select Connection Issues -
If you are experiencing problems connecting to the Login Server Select
screen, please keep trying. We expect large volumes of network traffic
associated with customers attempting to connect to Login simultaneously. Reconnecting to PlanetSide after leaving the world -
Attempting to reconnect to the server too quickly after incorrectly exiting
PlanetSide may cause a delay. To avoid this from occurring, please ensure
that you use the Quit option from the Escape Menu to exit from PlanetSide. Getting kicked back to desktop after entering spawn tubes - This issue seems to be due to sound being changed in game. Please use the
default settings in the meantime. If you have changed it to any other setting
you may have problems such as this.
